Sapa is a former French hill station situated in the valleys near the Chinese border. Its high elevation of 1,600 meters creates its cool climate. This inspired the French to build villas there as a summer retreat. Today, Sapa  attracts visitors for its stunning scenery, comfortable climate, colorful markets, and a variety of ethnic hill tribes living in nearby villages. This is the perfect itinerary for those seeking a retreat but wishing to stay in the luxury of a hotel in Sapa Town rather than  home stay.
  

 
Night 1: 20h00  You will get pickup from your hotel and our trip starts with an overnight train journey from Vietnam`s capital city to the border town of Lao Cai province. The accommodation for tonight will be in soft sleeper berths on express train.
 
Day 01: Sapa –Lao Chai – Ta Van     ( B, L, D )

Arrive in Lao Cai station at 5:00 in the morning . You are welcomed by driver, then transfer by bus to Sapa. The bus ride uphill to Sa Pa takes a little over an hour, giving you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. You will have breakfast at hotel before we start 12 km of trekking to visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. The trekking route offers some challenges as you balance on the rice terraces and a small trail on the steep mountainside. The vegetation is dense as the trail leads up to a peaceful village perched on the Hoang Lien mountainside. Head downhill and relax by a local stream for a picnic lunch. After lunch, we continue trekking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we have a unique home stay experience. 
   
Day 02: Giang Ta Chai -  Sapa (B, L, D)

In the early morning you will get a wakeup call by our guide and spend time to enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Say good bye to local people and start a new trek day with more stunning landscapes and other ethnic minority villages dotted as far as your eyes sight. The trails leading you to Su Pan an imagination of down tower steps with a universal view of the house roofs of the Tay minority isolated in a green valley appearing in front of your eyes will mark you an unforgettable trip. In the afternoon, we take a bus  to return Sa Pa. Have dinner and overnight  at hotel.
                                                                                      
Day03: Bac Ha Market – Lao Cai  ( B, L, D )

8h00 Check out hotel , Depart to Bac Ha Market , Arrive after 2,5 hours ..Free time for visitting one of the most colourfull market in the Northwest of Viet Nam. This big market filled with many different hill-tribes such as Flower Hmong ,Dzay ,Tay ..people .At the market, you have chance to enjoy BacHa people`s simple but unique kinds of food with special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches... talking to the minorities through the guide`s interpretation .After lunch, Say good bye to BacHa and get back to Lao Cai Station . 
Have diner at restaurant near the Lao Cai station before transfer to Station for overnight train back Hanoi . 
Arrive at 5 AM . End the trip.
